For Partners and Family Members

It can be difficult to know what to say or do when someone you love is struggling. You do not have to have all the answers.

You can support your loved one by listening without judgment, helping them connect with care, offering practical support, and taking their concerns seriously. Partners and family members can also use the resources on this page for their own support and guidance.

If you believe your loved one or their baby may be in immediate danger, call 911 or take them to the nearest emergency room.
