Supporting individuals or couples as they prepare emotionally and mentally for trying to conceive. This provides space to explore expectations, manage stress or anxiety, process past reproductive experiences, and strengthen coping skills, helping to create a grounded foundation before pregnancy.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Support
Supporting individuals through pregnancy and after birth, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and identity changes that can arise during this transition. Helping navigate postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, or postpartum psychosis.
Couples Therapy
Offering limited spots for Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This is a research-based approach that helps couples strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection and manage conflict more effectively. Sessions focus on building understanding and practical skills to support trust, friendship, and long-term relationship health to benefit whole families.
Trauma Therapy
Providing Brainspotting - trauma informed therapy that helps access and process deeply stored emotional experiences by identifying specific eye positions connected to distress. Brainspotting supports healing by allowing the brain and body to naturally process and release unprocessed trauma or stress.
Support for Infertility & Perinatal Loss
Supporting individuals through the emotional challenges of infertility, including grief, anxiety, stress, and managing uncertainty. Offering support, validation, and coping strategies for navigating fertility treatment and loss.

Free 15 Minute Phone Consultation
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation in order to decide if working together feels like a good fit. This call is a chance for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach. I can also answer any practical questions about scheduling, fees, and next steps. This exploratory consultation is not therapy, but it is a supportive starting place to help you feel comfortable as you start your healing journey.

Diagnostic Evaluation
Our first session is designed for us to get to know each other, understand your symptoms, experiences, and overall mental health. During this session, we will explore your current concerns, personal history, and any factors impacting your well-being. The goal is to gain clarity, identify potential diagnosis when appropriate, and develop recommendations for treatment moving forward. This evaluation provides a thoughtful foundation for therapy and helps ensure care is tailored to your unique needs.

Therapy Session
Typical therapy sessions run 53 minutes to 1 hour. These sessions allow space for deep exploration of concerns or trauma, processing emotions, building insight, and practicing coping strategies. Treatment sessions are tailored to your goals and are paced to support meaningful and lasting change.

Teletherapy Session
A virtual therapy session offers the same level of care and support as in-person therapy, delivered through our HIPPA compliant online platform. Sessions take place from the comfort of your own space, making therapy more accessible and flexible. During each session we will work together to explore concerns, develop coping strategies, and support your goals in a way that feels safe, personalized, and effective.
